Product Overview

CeibaQ turns a living ecosystem into queryable, finance-grade data. Three layers:

1. Capture — directly measure the forest

• NEXUS intelligence nodes (acoustic, camera, soil, micro-climate sensors, on-edge AI).
• Long-endurance drones (LiDAR + hyperspectral) — sampled overflights, not wall-to-wall.
• Environmental DNA (eDNA) — species presence from soil/water samples.
• Plus satellite and 20 years of government data, fused in.

2. ROOT — the reference data model (the moat)

All of it calibrates ROOT: one reference "Datamode" of Amazon ecosystems — ~1,500–1,600 parameters across all 36 SEEA-EA ecosystem services, including direct CO₂/flux (measured, not inferred from biomass). Built once per ecosystem subtype, then most of the basin is read by the model + a light drone pass instead of measured from scratch. (Detail: "ROOT — the moat".)

3. Query — the interface

A platform where developers, funds, insurers, registries and governments query the data they need — for credits, accounting, risk, disclosure, management — with an investor/operator dashboard and an integrity chain behind every number.

What it produces

Audit-grade, biodiversity-inclusive outputs for carbon, biodiversity, water, SEEA ecosystem accounting, insurance and disclosure — from one collection. Sense → understand → prove.

Status (honest): the architecture, BOM, costs and science are designed and modeled; ROOT is to be built, starting on AWAKEN's own concession in the pre-seed.
