Everyone in nature-finance — funds, insurers, registries, governments, credit buyers — needs to prove something about a forest. CeibaQ holds the proof: directly-measured ground truth for the Amazon, built once into a reference data model (ROOT) and reused across many revenue lines.
Why it's different
- Direct measurement, not satellite proxy — eddy-covariance CO₂/flux + eDNA + acoustics + LiDAR → an integrity premium free satellite systems and commodity data cannot match.
- Measure once, sell many — the same per-hectare dataset feeds carbon & biodiversity credits, monitoring-as-a-service, jurisdictional licences, and data subscriptions.
- Built-in moat — an owned 90,000-ha concession, institutional agreements across Peru (MINAM, SERNANP, SERFOR, GOREL, CCPIP), and 20 years of government data — a position that takes years to replicate.

Where we are (honest status)
Pre-product, pre-revenue. In hand: the concession, the institutional agreements, a submitted Singapore Article 6.2 Notice of Intent, the TERI science layer, and a fully-built financial & product model. To build: ROOT, on our own concession first.
